A. Access to some of our Services requires you to download a software package (“Software”). The Software is licensed to you and is subject to these Terms. We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal purposes, or if you are an entity, for the purposes that we agreed to allow per your membership. This license arises through your installation or use of the Software. All rights and licenses not expressly granted to you under these Terms are retained by Redmorph. We may periodically update the Software and, depending on member-defined settings, this update can be manually or automatically downloaded on your device at any time to provide new features, tracker definitions, proxy/VPN locations, and security upgrades.
B. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this license and any usage rules that we separately publish on the Site), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Services, any updates, or any part of them (except to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open sourced components included in the Software). Any attempt to do so is a violation of our rights. If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution and damages. However, if you become aware of a security vulnerability, bug or flaw during acceptable use of the Service as defined in these Terms, please report it via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
in order to help us improve our Services. You will not be penalized for reporting issues discovered during Service use. The terms of this license will govern any upgrades provided by us that replace and/or supplement the Services from time to time unless any upgrade is accompanied by a separate license agreement in which case the terms of that license will govern.
